On-line Advising Handbook
(This page was last updated on October 31, 2005)

This on-line guide was created to assist you in the academic advising process.  At many institutions across the country, high-quality academic advising has been found to help students increase their GPA’s, participate in more on- and off-campus programs and activities, increase the possibility of being retained by the institution, and lead to greater satisfaction of their college experience.  The relationship between the student and the advisor plays an integral part in mentoring; this guide will provide you with valuable advising information to assist in this process.  For more general advising information, visit the College's Advising Resources web site!
