Sarah Armstrong, sophomore marketing major, traveled to St. Louis during the winter break to attend the inaugural Presidents’ Academy hosted by Delta Sigma Pi, a national business fraternity. The event served as a training for chapter presidents to develop leadership skills.
“I learned a lot about building a successful team, navigating difficult conversations, accountability, and incentivizing and motivating people,” said Armstrong. “I hope to use these skills in creating a clear vision for my fraternity’s chapter to help us succeed.”
