What do you hope to get out of being a mentor this year?

I hope to create a community where first year students feel comfortable sharing their concerns and stresses, in order to better acclimate to the School of Business. I am so excited to create a special bond with first year students and show them how great the School of Business is.

What’s something you love about TCNJ/School of Business?

I love how close the School of Business is. Everyone is willing to help one another out and it is easy to make great connections not only to professors, but also students. Everyone wants to help others become the best versions of themselves and succeed.

What’s a piece of advice you have for incoming students?

Join clubs and activities that look interesting to you. Don’t be afraid to reach out to people and ask for help when you need to. Everyone wants to see you succeed and is willing to help you with anything you need. Now is the time to try new things and get out of your comfort zone. You never know if a new opportunity could be your potential career 🙂
