Accounting major Melanie Fosko ’21 recently completed the inaugural Johnson & Johnson Finance Externship along with four other TCNJ School of Business students. The externship introduced rising sophomores to the finance and accounting fields giving participants an in depth view of the company. Students were immersed in activities, such as presentations about the consumer, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors of J&J, along with a college panel, networking events, and team building activities. “It’s pretty rare for companies to host rising sophomores so it was great to get this experience so early and develop our professional skills,” said Fosko. “All of the TCNJ participants were extremely excited and grateful to explore this industry, network among peers from other schools and employees, as well as meet so many TCNJ alumni.”
