This past weekend, the TCNJ chapter of Delta Sigma Pi attended a national conference in Washington DC. Brothers attended various workshops about how to improve the chapter both professionally and operationally. Some lessons included tips on recruitment, risk management, effective transitioning, and how to be a good leader. Additionally, students got to interact with alumni from across the country while also networking with the brothers from different chapters. After the conference, the group had fun exploring the historical city of Washington DC.
